First ever Australian Braille Challenge for Students
If you’re a student aged 6 to 19 and currently learning Braille, this challenge is just for you!
Hosted by See Differently with the Royal Society for the Blind and in partnership with the South Australian School & Services for Vision Impaired (SASSVI), this is the first time this event has been held in Australia.
Activities will include thrilling Braille challenges covering reading, spelling, and comprehension and are suitable for students of all abilities. It’s not only an opportunity to enhance your skills but also a chance to meet new friends!
In addition to the challenge activities, lunch and snacks will be provided, and in the afternoon, students will get a chance to play with guide dog puppies and take part in blind cricket.
