The See Differently Guide Dogs support people with severe vision impairments to travel confidently and independently in the community.
Who can apply for a See Differently Guide Dog?
Applicants are required to undergo an initial assessment with a See Differently Mobility Instructor. They will discuss with you, your current mobility skills and level of need. To proceed with your application, you will need to be a See Differently client.
What training and follow up care do the See Differently Guide Dog Service provide?
Once an applicant is matched with a compatible See Differently Guide Dog, they undergo an intensive training program. On completion of the successful training program with a See Differently Guide Dog, the See Differently Guide Dog Service will be on hand to provide ongoing support.
